Cranberry Bliss Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the rolled oats until they are finely ground.
  2. Add the dried cranberries, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), shredded coconut, chopped almonds, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Process until the mixture comes together and is sticky enough to form into balls.
  4. Scoop out the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Store the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
